Card Status

CoreCard offers various card statuses to manage card-related attributes for different requirements. You can issue your card in ‘Active’ or ‘Pending Activation’ status. Active status means the cardholder can use the card for monetary transactions and there is no requirement of activating the same before using it. When the status of the card is ‘Pending Activation’, then the cardholder may not be able to use the card to perform any transaction based on the definition of status. Card activation is mandatory to make the card operational when it is issued in ‘Pending Activation’ status.

Different cards statuses are available for use in the CoreCard system, you can use them to manage and control card-related activities.
